The Dosereader DR030, together with the specially developed film, provides you with a powerful precision tool for routine and quality measurements of your EB process.
The Dosereader DR030 has an intuitive interface, which makes it easy to use and handle the measuring results. It can easily be implemented in your quality assurance routines.
The DR030 uses the specially developed 20 µm thick measuring film, which is delivered in 20 m rolls. After 10 minutes of tempering the irradiated film in 60 °C, results can be read out directly on the display from single measuring points. With the integrated motor feed, strips can be measured automatically for software evaluation.
The included Windows software can be run without installation and is available for download with additional files on the Crosslinking website.
The dosimetry film is suitable for measuring up to 50 kGy, and the system can be calibrated according to ISO/ASTM 51275 standard.
